With Route to Transition residents are encouraged to participate in structured therapeutic recreational programs and pursue independent leisure activities.

We work closely with the our clients and supporting agencies to facilitate a successful and effective exit strategy, where our clients go on to live a life of their own with the public housing authority or in the private sector as tenants.
Abiding Support Service is sometimes also able to offer its service users ‘move on’ accommodation in the private rented sector.
