The Phoenix Hub offers a dynamic semi-independent facility for young people aged 16-18. We understand that, at times, one can change from their preferred path of life; hence, our specialists ensure that these young people move past their challenges and gain their preferred position as a member of society. We ensure that our residents can develop and practice the necessary life skills to live independently in today’s fast-paced world. In addition, we work hand in hand with local authorities to help mitigate risk and provide accurate community monitoring and reporting tools.
At the Phoenix Hub, our mission is to assist young people who have had a difficult time managing the expectations of adulthood. Our Semi Independent Living provisions consist of 24-hour staffed accommodations for young people aged 16-18. These provisions cater to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.Our specialists work with our residents to ensure that they can develop the necessary skills to overcome their personal challenges. At The Phoenix Hub, we offer a holistic accommodation-based service that aims to prevent and/or reduce negative behaviours in young people.
With our model of semi-independent living, we work each and every day to ensure that our residents can develop and practice the necessary life skills required to live independently in today’s world. The Phoenix Hub is located in many placements throughout the UK and serves to provide safe and secure accommodation for young people. We take on each young perosn and offer them unconditional support and to facilitate their development and growth to become independent and competent individuals. Our trained staff are experienced in supporting and understanding the youth and look forward to welcoming young people with open arms. At The Phoenix Hub, everyone is respected and offered guidance to assist their personal and professional goals.
